Who should attend
Anyone looking to take part in a fun but challenging full body workout to develop and maintain fitness levels.
Functional fitness training sessions for a full body workout aimed at all levels of fitness. Utilising a
combination and variation of training styles such as circuits, HIIT exercises (adapted to your current fitness
level), boxing, resistance and TRX to include conditioning, strength and cardio. Mixed or ‘ladies only’ groups
available in the Canterbury area.
Block booking of 6 sessions to be used over maximum 10 weeks = £40
