This package focuses on understanding personal resilience and the challenges of which can arise from today's busy pace of life, identifying personal triggers and providing basic ideas, strategies and techniques to help manage the rigours of a busy lifestyle in the short and longer term, working over 3 sessions.


3 sessions 1st session = 1 hour, 2 subsequent sessions = 30 mins
