Managing sleep for shift workers

Who would benefit

Any individuals who work shifts and would like to understand how their current sleeping situation impacts on both their home and work life and review strategies to improve the quality or quantity of sleep they achieve to ensure an enjoyable life whilst working shifts.

Session Overview

Using sleep diaries we review current sleep, identify any issues and discuss potential strategies to improve these. 1:1 discussion using coaching techniques will allow the client to identify and establish solutions directly relevant to their particular needs, lifestyle and family situation.
