Effective Nutrition for Shift Workers

Who would benefit

Aimed at individuals who work shifts with an interest in understanding more about the impacts their current diet choices make on their health, wellbeing and energy levels whilst working different shifts.

Session Overview

Using a variety of techniques we review current nutrition and how this may impact the client throughout the day when working various shifts. We identify the issues and discuss potential strategies to improve these to ensure good health, increased and maintained energy. 1:1 discussion using coaching techniques will allow the client to identify and establish solutions directly relevant to their particular needs, lifestyle and family situation.
