Effective Nutrition for Shift Workers
Who should attend
Aimed at individuals who work shifts with an interest in understanding more about the impacts their current
diet choices make on their health, wellbeing
and energy levels whilst working different shifts.
An initial workshop session will cover the basics of maintaining a healthy diet when working
shifts. Reviewing how nutrition this may impact throughout various shifts. We identify issues and
discuss potential strategies to improve these to ensure good health, increased and maintained
energy. This can then be followed up with optional 1:1 discussions using coaching techniques to allow
the client to identify and establish solutions directly relevant to their particular needs, lifestyle
and family situation.
