Bespoke packages designed for the individual and their specific goals and objectives. Training can be provided at the individual's home or at an agreed location.

Duration

1 hour per session (express 30 min sessions can be arranged)

Cost

Dependant on package required, usually between £20 and £30 per hour dependant on location and package agreed.
