Anyone interested in 1:1 fitness training, focussed solely on their personal goals and objectives. Ideal for
someone looking to kickstart their health and fitness journey, those looking to attain a specific fitness goal or
work towards a specific event such as a holiday or wedding, or those people who simply need the a push in
the right direction.
Bespoke packages designed for the individual and their specific goals and objectives. Training can be
provided at the individual's home or at an agreed location.
1 hour per session (express 30 min sessions can be arranged)
Dependant on package required, usually between £20 and £30 per hour dependant on location and package
