Well working - How to maintain your health and wellbeing in your role
Who should attend
Managers and staff who are interested in understanding more about how to manage the various
aspects of life to remain effective, productive and happy in both their working life.
This session will look at how aspects such as physical and mental health, nutrition, work life balance and
personal development need to be considered to maintain personal wellness in the workplace. Tools and
techniques such as relaxation, Mindfulness and development planning will be introduced to enable
attendees to leave with a personalised action plan.
3.5 hours full day (dependent on agreed focus and depth of information)
